Kawaguchi focuses on live performances and installations in which he configures the overall space by freely combining sound-making objects, various types of light and wind, and the objects that surround him; as well as on the presentation of sound sources and so on. His work in recent years includes Amorphous Spores (Takahiro Kawaguchi/Utah Kawasaki, CD, Erstwhile Records), Takahiro Kawaguchi (Takahiro Kawaguchi, CD, senufo editions), and "Net no Kanji" (installation, "Vacant Room" exhibition at SOBO).
